75 Things You Can Do While Quarantined

75 THINGS YOU CAN DO WHILE QUARANTINED IN YOUR HOME (WHETHER BY CHOICE OR ORDERS)

1) Write down 10 things you are grateful for as soon as you awaken each morning

2) Meditate (download Insight Timer app on Android or Synctuition) or find many other free meditations on the internet

3) Cry if you want (tears are scientifically proven to be healing)

4) Go through old paperwork and shred what you no longer need to save

5) Write in a journal

6) Write a letter to a passed on loved one (what would you tell them - they’re listening)

7) Write a will (you can have it looked over by a lawyer later)

8) Weed your yard (kill weeds with DIY spray) Recipe - 1 Gallon of White Distilled Vinegar, 2 Cups Epsom Salt and 1/4 Cup Dawn dish soap. Mix in a large container and spray weeds either with a container that has a sprayer or transfer to a spray bottle. Better with a container because your fingers will get sore using a spray bottle. Very effective and fast acting. If you don’t have Epsom salts do it without them. If you don’t have Dawn, use another mild dish soap or even vinegar only.

9) Organize your closet

10) Organize your pantry/kitchen

11) Give yourself a manicure/pedicure

12) Wash your windows inside/out

13) Look up craft projects that utilize things you already have in your house. Pinterest is very helpful.

14) Start a workout regimen. You don’t need a gym or home exercise equipment for this.

16) Make your own hand sanitizer if you have these ingredients. Rubbing alcohol (isopropryl alcohol 70%), your favorite scent(s) of essential oil, fresh lemon juice, a dash of salt, rose hips seed oil.
